Welcome to the 97th anniversary of The June Fete located in Huntingdon Valley. The fairgrounds are situated at the corner of Edge Hill and Huntingdon Roads, at 2990 Edge Hill Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Admission is $4. The June Fete, which benefits Abington Memorial Hospital, will take place on Friday, June 11 through Sunday, June 13, 2010. The June Fete is a family-oriented fair with fun for all ages. Highlights this year include a spectacular fireworks display on Friday evening. There is entertainment throughout the day as well as amusement rides, face painting, a variety of food, a Bake Shoppe, Bingo, ice cream, smoothies, and even omelets and wine - just to name a few of the many attractions. Start your Saturday at the Breakfast on the Farm held in the Refreshment Tent at 9:00 a.m. An $8 charge covers your breakfast and admittance to the Fair. The Lobster Pot booth, a favorite at The June Fete for over 60 years, will offer a delicious lobster dinner freshly prepared on Saturday, June 12 by Moonstruck. Please join us in welcoming Moonstruck to the Midway when you pick up your lobsters on Saturday between noon and 5 p.m.. Another exciting aspect of our fair is The June Fete Horse and Pony Show which is held on the fairgrounds in the Dixon Equestrian Center. The Horse Show will take place on Saturday, June 12 from 8:00 a.m. until dusk. The show draws riders from Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware and is the oldest, continuously run horse show in the area. Paid participants of The June Fete Horse & Pony Show will be stamped for free admittance to the Fair. Bring your family and friends to the fairgrounds for hours of entertainment and fun.
